I'm not 100% familiar with the MACDBBLines indicator, but from what I see the lower band will never cross above the upper band, and vice versa, the upper band will never cross below the lower band, so you will never enter a trade.

Maybe if you explained what you are wanting the strategy to do then someone can help you out with how your code should be written.
