Are there any good NinjaTrader ES futures trading templates online?

I'm new to trading futures and just setup a NinjaTrader platform for the first time. I watched the NinjaTrader intro video on how to add everything in manually. I know after you do that you can save it all as a template to load. I'm wondering if there are any profitable/professional traders who have been kind enough over the years to share their futures trading template on NinjaTrader or at least some data on what they monitor and enter? I'm looking at trading the ES.

I'm looking at getting it all setup this week to begin trading with a simulator and am in the process of looking up all the futures ticker symbols, what to add that might correspond to trading the ES futures, etc. It's going to be a long process to do manually. I thought it would be nice to get a peak at what a more experienced trader has already setup.

Basically what they watch, what settings they got setup, etc. Any notable famous or very successful traders ever been kind enough to share their NinjaTrading template for free or for a fee even?
