I use Stage 5 / ZenFire / Dorman to trade both European futures (FESX, FDAX, FGBL, FGBM) and sometimes US futures (interest rate futures / ES / YM / NQ). I'm left high and dry at present. There seems to be a few possible solutions for the US markets but I have yet to find a reasonable solution for those wanting to trade European and US futures from the same account with unfiltered tick data.
I have a lifetime multi-broker NT license which I want to continue trading through. Does anyone have any suggestions?
By far the best US broker imho is Interactive Brokers... but it's a $10k minimum to open the account and no really low intraday margins, so it's only an option if you are well-funded. However, you can feed Ninja from their snapshot (filtered) datafeed. Many will say that IB's datafeed is no good as it is filtered, but I always found it excellent and generally better than unfiltered data during major news.
Right now I'm wishing I hadn't closed that account awhile back (Mirus intraday margins are so much better...).
I'm reluctant to open another acccount : if I leave Mirus, I regret I will leave Ninja as well (I also have an account with Saxo, used for much longer-term position trading, but could use it for intraday futures). I no longer use many indicators, in fact most of my charts are naked or almost naked, so many platforms will do.
Perhaps I will say f*ck it and return to the world of Macs (which I left many years ago when I started trading) & web trading platforms...
Kinetic offers the usual CME exclusion but then for 10$ extra you can get Russell Index--I wonder does that include the TF? Or is that kinetic does not offer anything from ICE?
If so then I will consider going back to IB/Kinetic CME +TF for 65$ per month.
Hi TheBOY, I am in the same situation like you.....I was very happy with Mirus...not now.
I dont want continuum/kinetick at all.
I¨m loOckinng for a broker to trade EUREX /NINJA
To my understanding that would be the cash index only, so not the TF futures you seek. I've looked into it as well, but seems Kinetick can't offer ICE as exchange at all.
