After only a short glance, the indicators at the bottom look like MACDBBLines and a simple Momentum indicator / oscillator below.
I think both can be found here on NexusFi (formerly BMT) in the Download section...

It is highly optimized to run on COBC false with greatly reduced resource load. You must install this with the Import Ninjascript utility. In your indicator list, it will appear as "Oscillator, R Squeeze".
