I wish there was such a recipe! I have a few friends who have invested in couple swing trading systems. But there are so many out there that it's really hard to choose which one is better or best :/
learn to read the price action, and you will have a solid foundation in this business!
..........regarding the news, play with the 30min, 60min, 240min, 1440min candlesticks using the OCO!
and so if you know how to read the candles/bars, it will give you the heads up on most likely direction the price will move towards!
