Hello, how much "per side" does the NinjaTrader/Continuum combo cost? Is it 15 cents per side or 25 cents per side (on top of the $10 per month fee as well)? I don't need any continuum historical data, just need to use the API. Thanks in advance. Much appreciated. Kind regards, R
