From the quick sharp reversal on the sample plot this looks more like Tick Money Flow than Cumulative Delta. There is a Tick Money Flow oscillator in this package for NT7 in the Elite Downloads section:
It uses the GomRecorder so does not give you the pleasure of having it disappear every time you touch the chart.
Tick Money flow is the running cumulative sum of the product of price and buy volume minus the running cumulative sum of price and sell volume. If buy and sell volume are calculated from upticks and downticks, this is a price weighted OBV. If buy and sell volume are calculated from trades at or above the ask and at or below the bid, it's a price weighted cumulative delta. The TMF Oscillator is a detrended oscillator of Tick Money Flow that will give sharp reversals as shown on the sample screenshot.
