Does anyone know of a program that charts volume data by minutes that runs on a MAC? I think NinjaTrader does but it runs on Windows.

I am not exactly sure with what you mean with "charts volume data by minutes", but in case you mean like Volume Profiles here it goes:
As far as I know Investor RT has a Mac version. Besides running something natively on OS X you can use other software to emulate Windows or run Windows on your MAC.
