Is adding a strategy via script possible?

I'm currently looking for a way to easily apply a single strategy to a basket of instruments.

Has anyone had any luck accessing the Strategies tab of the control center? Ideally I'd like to have either an external app or an indicator that allows me to quickly add a strategy to a list of instruments, thus populating the Strategies tab.

Example: I have a strategy that is programmed to run on any stock. I have my own method of filtering which stocks to run the strategy on. I want to quickly apply the same strategy to 15 different stocks.

Currently I'm having to do this through a multi series script but the problem is that the number of stocks changes as well as individual start times.
