Folks,

I felt it appropriate to start a topic so we can all contribute our support publicly to Mike through a difficult time.

I'm sure as members we all stand behind Mike and recognize what an incredible job he has done with this forum and we will all support him through a stressful and expensive time.

Clearly only the courtroom will be in possession of all of the facts of the case and will be the sole arbiter of truth in the matter therefore in order to respect the court I would be grateful if we could confine this thread solely to expressions of gratitude and support and nothing beyond that.

Personally this forum has helped me push myself forward, and develop myself further, benefiting both my professional career and my development as a trader (and other areas too). Whilst I'm not where I want to be with trading, I'm way ahead compared to where I would be without Mike and NexusFi (formerly BMT).

I have an update from the attorney but am waiting for "approved language" before making a new post/update in that thread.
