Did not know where to put it so I start here.

Is there any web or a document that contains a summary of futures nicknames? I mean like "Natty" for Natural Gas, "Ausie" of AUD etc.

Am asking just out of curiosity.

Thanks.

Hana

Thanks, I meant some comprehensive page that would have it all without the need to search for anything .
Have a good one.

Nothing, really, it is just out of curiosity. It is sort of "fun" for a non-English speaker.
Thanks,
H

Roosty = TF
Nasy = NQ
Beanz = ZS

These are some common nicknames in several trading rooms...

Cable

Slang used among forex traders referring to the exchange rate between the U.S. dollar and the British pound sterling.
The origins of this term are attributed to the fact that in the 1800s, the dollar/pound sterling exchange rate was transmitted via transatlantic cable.
