Trend indicator, color background

Hi,

IŽam looking for an indicator that can color the background red or green with the following rules:
If we are in a down trend we look for a close above previous up wick to get green background and,
if we where in an up trend we look for a close below the previous down wick for red background.

I have attached a picture displaying an example on a 240min chart.

I have an error in the picture, short, green background must be short red background.
