Free Drawing and My Trade Indicator?

I am currently trading on the thing or swim platform and had a few question.

1) I was wondering if there is a way to get a pen to so I can draw and take note directly on the charts using a Wacom tablet or some other device like that. I'm always taking notes and fell like it would be easier if I could have it right on the chart.

2) Is there a way to get an noise indicator for when some one you follow posted in myTRADE? I have found a few people that give small parts of info and it would be nice to know exactly when the post.
