NT 7 - issue - on live data the charts are blank - any ideas

With everyone fairly new to NT 7 and NT7 fairly new to the world, maybe we should start a thread forum section specifically for NT 7 questions.

try connecting to a data source or market replay.
Also check the settings in Data Series for number of days to load. If it is just 1 day then it may not load on the weekends.

Thanks, David... I checked the data series. Both charts in my NT7 test workspace show 20 days of data loaded.

I tried to connecting to market replay but I got the same thing.. no bars, no indicators.

When I'm not connected to live data or replay, the bars and indicators show up fine but when I connect to either data source, I get blank screens.

I saw that you posted on this thread (because I got an email and saw what you posted) but for some reason your post is not showing up below.

Anyway, I started NT7 over again and it seems to be working in live data mode now. Strange..

Another questions, if I may..
NT7 has this feature where it creates a fixed range when you pull down on the right vertical price column. Is that helpful to anyone? It just seems annoying to me. Is there a setting I can change to get it to act like NT6.5 when I pull down in that same column?
