Where can I apply for the demo account of index future trading?

I want to trade HSI, Japan index and UK 500.

Find a broker who will give you a Demo account.

Most of them will only provide you with a 2-4 week demo before they ask you to fund the account.

Search around the internet there are so many my friend I couldn't pick one as you'll really need to find one that suits your own needs. There are many that will let you trade sim perpetually also.
