As you know, there are many many stocks are not active in russell 2000, in other words, they can not get trading every minutes.

How do I scan out the stocks that trade every minutes? how to write to script? thanks in advance.

you could just look at the count of ticks movement, volume, range. don't count bars on a time based chart e.g., 24hrs of a one hour chart will give you the same number of bars on every chart.

The easiest thing most people do to look for activity is look at volumes. this quickly indicates liquidity.

Good luck.
