Is anyone aware of an NT indicator that will play a sound alert on each new non time based bar. I found this created by @Mindset but it is only for time based charts: https://nexusfi.com/download/vip_elite_circle/477-download.html?view

Im hoping something exists for Volume or Tick charts. It doesn't necessarily need as much functionality as the above indicator. It would just need to play a sound on each new bar.

Awesome. Exactly what I needed. Thanks very much.

My indicator will play a sound on each new Volume/Tick Bar. However none of the other functionality will work and you would need to remove the line

So that you don't get the annoying error message.
Personally phillipp's solution is much neater and saves a ton of resources!!

I have a question related to this, I'm not sure if it's betterrenko doing it but is there a way to turn OFF the on update sound for betterRenko? It makes market replay quite unpleasant

I guess I should add that I removed all the indis so it is not that, I didn't see anything that looked to be able to set/remove the sound effect for the bar, I don't think the time charts are doing it just betterrenko.

OK I apologize, definitely NOT betterrenko doing it, I've turned off all the other sound effects, just get this beep which looks like its coming from the bar being formed (maybe a new high/low?) Anyone else have that on market replay?

I know this is a very old thread, but does anyone have a script that plays a sound file when a new volume bar is charted (or a few units before a new bar is created) that would work for NT8 (current version is 8.0.15.1).
