Which low cost no frills options broker?

Hi all,
I`m a non-resident-alien (which means not every broker will accept me) and have active accounts with IB and TOS.

For writing options on futures -Ron99 style- I look for another broker. This broker doesn`t need to offer lots of gimmicks, service, datafeed or software. Just NO-FRILLS, slim platform, low cost (unlike TOS) and low margin requirements (unlike IB).

Unfortunately my first take - DeepDiscountTrading - doesn`t like options at all.

Any hints or recommendations?
