Not sure if this is what you're looking for. MACD w/ 13 Period EMA overlaid. Elder Impulse system.

When the EMA and MACD histogram are both falling - short
When the EMA and MACD histogram are both rising - long.

Just take a standard MACD and OVERLAY a 13 period EMA in the same indicator panel.

After all, it's what you learn AFTER you know it all, that counts!

I have a MACD on my ninja trader and want to be able to adjust the histogram and with the macd I have it doesnt allow you to change anything with the histogram thanks for all of you responding

@cobra ... search for @TheWizard 's MACD as it has a differential multiplier to enlarge the histogram. Very useful.
