I was going to check my charts yesterday to see a new update was available. Its is now built in the the platform to auto update when you first double click on the icon. It now just says updating but will not get past the point no matter how long I let it sit on that screen. I have tried it again today with no luck. I was wondering if any one had a way to get around this or if I should just give tech support a call and work it out with them.

I once was having problems where it would not open, it would stay stuck in the login screen. What fixed it for me was right clicking "Run as administrator", after that it finally opened.

One thing that TOS support told me to do was to go into the program files on your C drive, find the folder thinkTDA and delete the cache files there and then delete the folder usergui.

That resets it and it will pull the latest update once you re-open it.
