Conceptual question here ......

How quickly should new value be established on a move up during the session from the time the market opens? Should we see a new volume POC created near the upper quadrant of the move within' the first couple hours or does that not matter?

Another question ......

Does the volume-by-price on this chart of REXX below 13.20 really count or is that more of a time and sales freak fill? If I look on my Stockcharts charts, there is no VBP below that area.

I feel like essentially what I'm looking at is a sell-off of most of the gains from yesterday and a bear flag that has developed.
