I use tradestation, do someone know if it is possible to send from the same strategy and same chart, two orders both on the instrument in data1 and data2? For example if you need to spread two instruments?

yes, this is possible using the OOEL part of Tradestation. Look into the OrderTicket objects. You can even trade from Radarscreen using the objects in your code.
