I have a subscription to Barcharts.com for US Equities, E-minis and some index data and everything seems to work reasonably well except for one issue.

I tried to bring up a SPY chart and I noticed that the AMEX exchange is not listed in the drop down list in the quote manager. I can bring up ESU4, QQQ's and all kinds of index charts but nothing listed on AMEX which I find odd.

Does anyone else here use Barcharts.com data with Multicharts without problems?

regards,

Alex

Alex,

usually you can just use a different exchange. A better way however would be to create the exchange in your QM manually.

Thanks ABCTG,

I will dig though the documentation and see if I can get it to work.

Alex

The solution was simple in the end. Instead of selecting the exchange from the dropdown list, just type "AMEX" into the box directly. I am sure at some point Multicharts will add the exchange to the list.
