Could someone please help me find these indicators?

( 1)I could click and hold on the chart and move the chart around without adjusting on the axes.

(2) Drawing objects/tools on a narrow bar on the left side of chart

(3) able to re-size viewable area on chart with just mous (same one as (1)?)
