i would like to trade the daily time frame but there arent any moves/setups. The moves happened a year and more ago. Its been chop city past 4-6 months in most currencies. I see setups in the 4 hr, but have to stop what im doing and look every 4hrs and continuously finding nothing will be frustrating.

Why are the currencies just chopping around? Generally during the summer this is the case tho...

There has been some huge directional moves with US dollar futures and dollar crosses.. which currencies are you looking at?
