It does open if I go back and try again or double click , but never from the first time.
My only suggestion is not to use IE, but Chrome or Firefox. I am not sure when this bug started or why it is there, but I am quite positive I won't be fixing it until nexusfi.com (formerly BMT) 5.0 as this software is deprecated and fixing these types of things is very prohibitive.
