Newbie question: how to create alerts?

Hi everyone, I've been paper trading with MT4 using the Alpari demo account for a while now and it's come to my attention that I feel there is something missing. I would like to have an alert service (in form of a sound + maybe a popup) that I can program to trigger when the price makes a certain move. For example, when the price does a 20 pip move within 10 minutes. Is this possible within MT4? And if so, how can I do it? With kind regards, Reemus
