Hi,
Coming back from vacation yesterday (Saturday) evening, I tried to open my MultiCharts trail, to continue programing some indexes I tired (nothing new, just coloring the chart based on MACD & RSI).

For some reason, I cannot connect to the Rithmic paper trade account I have (connection circle stays yellow), and some of the charts, mainly those that are range based, won't show up. At the left side of the chart's status line, I see "backfilling...".

This is still true today.

Any idea what can cause this? Is there a problem with their service?

Can you check if it works for you?
It might be a problem on my side (as it is paper trading, and still in the 30-days trail)

Rithmic conducts maintenance over the weekend, that starts Friday night.
It should all be operational now.

Thanks Matt. I can connect now (get green light, and historical trading info). I still have a problem with charts that uses Range for bars - I keep seeing "backfiling".

I'll check later/tomorrow to see if this is solved.

I will review this with my tech team and will reply to you by email or here.
This could be a limitation of demo, but will again I will check to confirm.

Everything is back to normal now, and working fine. I guess it all had to do with the maintenance.

Is this a weekly routine, or one timer?

Maintenance occurs on a weekly basis.
