I am not able to retrieve any historical data for HG(Copper) or QC from zenfire. My platform is ninjatrader. I have no problem retrieving historical data for GC. Anyone have the similar problem before?
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
Zen Fire itself has no historical data. NinjaTrader keeps historical data as a courtesy to its customers, but not every symbol is collected. You should email [email protected] and ask them to confirm if these symbols are part of their historical server, and if not ask them to add them.
If they are part of it then it would seem to indicate a problem. If they are not part of it, then it is working as designed.
