What type of trading does your psychology allow you to naturally be the best at? Have you figured it out? If not, try different approaches and see.

Sniper Trading - Waiting around for one or two trades per day, or just one or two setups on the daily chart per month. Only trading near perfect setups and using very high leverage.

Scalping - Rapid fire trades that last less than five minutes.

Swing - Holding positions for weeks through major market moves.

Oh, and here is something interesting about me... My psychology gives me an advantage in "sniper" trading. Rapid fire daytrading is not my thing. I do best with only one to three trades per day. Generally just one or two.

I sit and wait for perfect setups then trade with very high leverage... Using futures and SPY options. Heck, not sure what I am doing here today... Just bored. I don't plan on making any trades until Wednesday-Friday. Investor confidence is just too strong for the usual mean-return trades I like to perform... I have lots of patience.

Too many people have a "lack" mindset, instead of a mindset of "plenty", and this is one of the primary reasons people get too hasty about entering trades...
