which is for you the best way to extract, for example, the value of close of yesterday at a certain hour, like 16:20 or 13:40 ?

no erocla,

that depends a bit on the timeframe you are using of course, but as your chart is cycled through by the code from left to right something simple like store the close at a particular time in a variable might already work for you.
