Does Sierra have the ability (without custom programming) to paint the price bars based on the slope of a moving average ?

For example, if I use a 20 SMA and want my bars green when the average is rising and red when it is falling...is there a way to do this. Sierra allows us to color the moving average based on slope already...I just want my bars colored based on slope.

Any help is much appreciated.
