Ok, so what if I want to color my bars based on a moving average crossover...for example a 3 SMA > 12 SMA then color bar blue, 3 SMA < 12 SMA color bar green. Can this be done ?

I didnt find built in study but you can wrote simple spreadsheet study

Use 'Color Bar Based on Alert Condition'. Just write the alert to specify your conditions.

Should be something like '=ID1.SG1 > ID2.SG1' where ID1 and ID2 are the 3 SMA and 12 SMA.
