Hi all,

I've scripted before, but only just started using SC and haven't learnt the language properly yet. Does anyone know of a setting in SC, or alternatively a study or script, or have any helpful code that will allow me to plot the prior sessions close, and have it continue plotting on each new bar until the session closes, then clear that line and begin another the next session?

There seems to be a study (Previous Close Line) already in SC and that would work for me, however it doesn't actually plot the prior session's close, I guess it must be the previous bar's close at the time of plotting.

Help is much appreciated.

Previous Close Line uses the connected data feed's "last close" value.

What you probably want for your use is "Daily OHLC". Set the "reference days back" to 1, and set the graph type to "ignore" for high, low, and open.
