Today was kinda a interesting day. We were setup for a solid rally if we got a morning retest of lows, but everyone anticipated the rally and the market just gapped up and ran. This caused the later selloff as everyone who anticipated the rally and bought in had to sell out again.

When short term speculators in the market anticipate a event or a series of events, it creates a new series of events.

Soro's actually talks about this too...

Gotta love the trading paradox!

We will rally again, but not until short term speculators stop "anticipating" it so aggressively... Very long rallies result in very long selloffs because people become so much more optimistic, and it takes that much longer for their mood to change back.
