I have not used the Forex part of my account for a while so I am operating from memory here, but I think it was around $7 per round turn (for standard contracts) with no spread. I was not a big fish so I am sure I was paying the highest rate. If you trade a lot or have a large balance I am reasonably certain that you could get a better rate.
U can find really better commission for forex, looking first at currenex, Hotspotfx, lava....etc.
I know that with NT would be better but the only one u can use with good commission from 1 standard lot is IB, starting from $2.50, on currenex $ 1.50.
