I will be very happy if anyone could share with me the pdf file of the api documentation.
I used to be a subscriber for them in the past and payed 350$ for the api, than left to use other software and now when going back I c that the millisecond time stamp which was added is not documented in my pdf file.

I will be happy if anyone could help with the pdf and save me 350$ for the same of what i paid in the past.

It's an annual fee not a one time fee. You would be violating the terms if you are using the API without paying, and anyone that helps you would be as well.
