A simple way to detect bull/bear market.
sum stocks on RSI > 60 zone and sum stocks on RSI < 40 zone.
if bullish , RSI 60 line will go up, RSI 40 line will go down.
if bearih , RSI 40 line will go up, RSI 60 line will go down.
