As Choke so "eloquently" put it there is no absolute "best and least expensive" futures broker. It depends on how and what you trade.
I would suggest googling and starting a conversation with these:

There are other good ones.... Just have to search.
Most will neogotiate contract pricing. In my search for a broker to switch to I have had conversations with all of these and found them to be transparent and pleasant and priced competively. Consider platform options, data feed, and customer service, amongst other things when making up your mind.
