Blank charts when loading my workspace

Hi

When I load my workspace I often experience that some of the charts are blank. I try to reload it but that does not work. It sometimes work to restart the program, but not allways. Anyone else experiencing this?

It could be a couple of things
- make sure you have recent/current data for the instrument you are trying to chart
- make sure you have data downloaded for the end date and # of days to chart specified in the Data Series screen

For example, if you only have data for AAPL up to 2/1/2015 and the end date of you Data Series is 2/19/2015 and you are just charting the last 10 days, it will try to chart 2/9 - 2/19 and since you don't have any data for that period it won't chart anything.

Also, check the Log tab in Control Center to see if it is reporting any error messages that might help you debug the problem.

sounds like corrupt data, go to \Documents\NinjaTrader 7\db\minute if you it's minute chart or \Documents\NinjaTrader 7\db\tick if it's tick chart then delete the instrument you have trouble with. This will let Ninja download a fresh, trouble free data of that instrument.

volume is in tick folder, go in there delete the file then go to chart, right click, select reload all historical data to get a fresh copy.
