Hello, I am looking for a person that will be available to make a script for me for NT7 that will won't allow me to trade for the rest of the day after certain amount of P/L (loss) is reach....

You should call your broker and ask if this is something they can implement (supposedly there are some that will). The problem with having a tool is that if you're really feeling the need to trade, you can always disable it and continue trading.
In trading, shortcuts lead to the longest path possible.
