I need pretty precise entries while scalping futures. I found out of a very expensive package indicator that includes a RangeBar counter that Shows the price box of WHERE THE BAR will close at the possible highs and lows.......this is very important for entering a stop order 1 tick beyond the price as pictured below...just copy and paste the below into browser....i can't show a simple picture on the forum:

as you can see, with this 4 range bar, it will either close at the shown levels.

Can anyone make something like this?

I am pretty sure the setting for this is calculate on bar close = false

Also a nice thing to have would be a price level that would show a horizontal line as to where price is now.

Can anyone code this or is there a code already available?

there are a couple of range bar counter indicators and a price line indicator in the download section.
