TRADESTATION 1099 tax form issues?

As a US citizen living abroad, I still need to file US taxes so I receive 1099s from my Brokers. Last year I had both an equities and a futures account with Tradestation. I have received the 1099 for the futures account but they sent me a 1042 for the equities account, which is a form for a foreign citizen earning investment income with a US broker. This is wrong. I contacted Tradestation multiple times and they sent a second 1042. I called them today and they will have a supervisor call me. I can only speculate what they did wrong such as a data entry mistake when setting up the account. In any case, I hope the Supervisor can fix this problem. Has anyone had similar problems with receiving last year's 1099 from Tradestation? Overall, I had a very positive experience with TradeStation's customer support. I don't want to flame them but I would like to get the 1099 so I can start preparing taxes.
