Note: at 10:55am on 4/6 the connectivity with NT was lost but the router showed good. The the connectivity came back up but Ninja did not reset nor did it continue to print. When I tried to reset historical data it gave the message:
"Error on loading chart data for ES-15 Globex: Connection to data server is busy or not available right now. Please try again later."
Shit!! That’s a deal breaker if it can’t be fixed. I got the same message if I tried to view other time frames. Of course it lost all my fib lines, range boxes etc.. lower on the screen. Very irritating. I had to shut down NT and restart it to work.
Any ideas out there? wonton

Are all the indicators standard out of the box indicators from Ninja or 3rd party?
What data vendor was being used?
The only time I've had ninja crash on me like that is when a 3rd party indicator I've loaded starts doing something screwy with the DB file. Of course there are other reasons that NT may crash, but that has usually been the leading culprit for me.
If all the indicators are stock NT indicators, then I'll defer to the expertise of the more tech savvy members of futures.io (formerly BMT).
I purchased the lifetime, should have taken the lease. Never had line problem with other platforms except ninja. Ninja had me set up my antivirus to not look at the ninja folders... we'll see.
