Stockcharts lets me easily create a ratio chart of XLF:XLK

Is there a way to do this in TS? I am doubtful it can be done, but thought I would ask.

I am not aware that you can do that from within TS directly. One idea would be (only for history though) to export the data, create the ratio in Excel for example and re-import the ASCII data.
Another idea would be to use an indicator to display the ratio.

there is an indicator in TS called Spread-ratio. You make a chart with two symbols, then add the spread ratio indicator
