Yesterday I put on a 187.5/182.5 credit put spread expiry today.
This morning as I pulled up Option Station pro the position showed as expired and could not be traded.
After covering the position for half the profit and using TOS for pricing because I could not get it on OPro I was on the phone with Tech for over an hour.

After presenting tech with my log and confirming with the trade desk there were no restrictions on my account his response was that he cannot understand why an ATM weekly option that is not expired is showing as such. He stated he needs to send this to programmers upstairs.

This is an isolated incident on my machine and version only, WTF. I will try it on another computer or should I just buy another machine, or simply find another platform to trade on?

I cannot with confidence put on a credit spread on a Thursday and then not know if on Friday I can trade it, or get pricing on the native system unless, I simply rely on another platform for pricing and use TS for execution only.

Changing brokers is a hassle I prefer not doing, but may not have a choice.

Issue resolved, Upgrade 6 on version 9.5 is the most stable.

TS admitted that Upgrade 8 and 10 have this as a known issue.
