Is there an indicator at BigMike's that shows the volume done at the bid and the volume done at the ask? Ninja has a standard one, but it does not plot historically, so every time I make a change in the chart it all goes away.
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
Finally got it up and running by repairing data base.
But I could only get a chart populated by using "Ninja Tick File" as Record Format.
Then after running for several hours I realized I wanted the B/B Ladder to show "Diagonal".
And …
Ok, I am feeling a little lost. I just spent 4 hours searching through all the Gom stuff, and obviously gomi is a genius, but I am overwhelmed with how and what to actually download, how to set it up to use the data, what data to use, etc. Is there any place to find the most recent software, and a set of "instructions for dummies" that would tell me how to set it up?
Guys, here's a maintenance release that's been waiting for too long.
Basically stuff that's already on other threads
* Major rewrite of ninjatickfile reader to improve performance. Now write data = true actually works, so you can use it …
File contains Gomi base stuff and some delta indicators based on Gom data. You can import it via Control Center / File / Utilities / Import NinjaScript as normal indicator.
This Gom stuff is great. I have it up and running. I have read several different posts about historical data. I have it storing all the data I am downloading today, but is there a way to download data for the time before I started using Gom to record it?
@deanoky
It depends on product which you want. You can download Gom data for some futures and ETFs in thread "Official GomRecorder and QCollector tick data sharing thread", where people shared them. Usually data are available for whole month at the begin of next month, in Gom and flat format. You must search in thread and download what you want. You can also ask peple for specific data (product, date range) in that thread.
