I opened NT7 and went to New file/chart/

and selected $eurusd-- daily. It pulled (see tab First Jpeg...) up-- notice that the prices are in the area of 2030.00 etc.. When I left click then Second jpg screen appears... dones this make sense to anyone on how this works.
Should NT7 load a chart in the area of the currently arising prices?

do you have a feed for EURUSD at all? I only get 6E, which is the corresonding futures contract..
PS - the axis values prbly come from you having had ES up before and autoscale turned off (that little F in the top right)

yes. it just pulles up all available symbols that come with the installation files.
NT itself doesnt crosscheck for feed availability.

Continuum is a futures feed - try 6E, that should work.
If you want to trade actual forex, you'd probably need another broker.

click on that F in the top right. Autoscaling is disabled currently, so every chart you pull up will look like this.
I suggest watching some ninjatrader introduction vids on youtube..
