I was watching wonder years the other day and the family was thinking about buying a brand new Volkswagen for 2000 dollars. It got me thinking what's happened.

I've been thinking about places to move lately and various things I'd like about the area. I've noticed after living in the tristate area for most of my life that most high traffic areas around rush hour drive me crazy. I loved living in the country with wide open roads. I loved the amount of space everywhere. It's not only aesthetically beautiful, but also practical. When I drive into the city it drives me crazy how cramped I feel. People crawling all around, no where to park, and noise everywhere. The only good thing about the city is nightlife and people to interact with, but I'm sure I could find things to do on the weekend in a more desolate area, and friends or a significant other to keep me occupied too. I've also considered beach areas too considering they get very desolate in the winter and water which is nice. Anyways, here's the picture of the day, a little town in Montana called lander that caught my eye. I don't know much about the town, but it looks pretty first glance.
Here's another similar area in Calgary Alberta Canada that I posted earlier on this page if you haven't noticed
So here's a new theme that I hope some people will follow lol (never happens, but I have hope). Please post a picture(s) of an area you're thinking about moving with a blurb about why. Thanks

We are seriously considering moving to San Diego. Mostly because I feel the most at peace there, the water, the weather, the beaches, lots of military equipment moving around. Everything I love about life is in that city. Haven't made the decision yet since all of my family and all of my wife's family live here but every day that goes by, we think more seriously about it. Plus my daughter LOVES SD.....she'd move there today if I asked her.
And here's a possible alternative choice. My wife thinks she loves London, although I suspect she'd tire of the rain and the clouds pretty quick not to mention driving on the wrong side of the road, the crazy cost of living, etc.
