I have tried to upgrage to nt7 v-18, i followed all the steps outlined by ninjatrader and when i try to start the platform i get this error. Im not sure what to do besides trying a fresh windows install and i really dont want to do that. here is the error i am getting
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?

I followed nt's steps, then when that didnt work, i did the uninstall, searched for any files left over and deleted them. as far as i know there were no traces of nt 7 left on my pc and i am still getting this error.
I recently did a test on another machine whereby to simulate some issues I was having and installed Dotnet 4 but and got Ninja 6.5 happening fine on the test machine and when I went to put on 7 b18 it came up with a message saying it could not install. Only to realise that NT7 b18 whatever also needs to have Dotnet 3.5sp1 installed too.
For others reading, apparently you need to totally uninstall NT7 b15 + earlier to update to b17 or b18 (from what I think I remember reading or was it b16?).
As it turns out, some of my previous issues were with my mouse not being able to close dialog boxes because of the fact I was using 3 external displays connected. Plus some other issues with having codes default session templates change on me which also was weird.
